Epoch day for Apocalypse Reckoning #4

We need to determine the epoch day for Apocalypse Reckoning: the day Jennifer and Colette arrived on Calmarendi. Once this has been done, update the APOCALYPSE_EPOCH_ADR value in CDateConfig.

The Apocalypse Reckoning epoch should also be made the default for any CalmarendianDate instantiated without an argument.

Setting APOCALYPSE_EPOCH_ADR can only be done once we know what that date is. It may be some time yet before that is determined.
