Will queue up the pages, hangs indefinitely on downloading some of them. #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to export a site

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the site being exported. What I get is some files 
(usually 1 or 2) being downloaded properly and 0-byte file an infinite loop in 
the program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3 on Windows 7x64

Please provide any additional information below.
It can see the number of pages that it needs to download, but hangs 
indefinitely on downloading seemingly random pages.
