out of memory error #40

shortly after opening rage maker a window appears saying out of memory error. 
I don't know what it means or why it shows. I have 300MB of RAM and 288MB left 
on phone storage(where the app is stored.) 
I am running Android 2.2 on an HTC wildfire.

Can you test version 1.2.0 and let me know if it still has the problem?
