For the future, it would be nice to be able to turn on and off the layers that are added to the map without removing them from the legend order. Currently, when I toggle one off (let's say I'm comparing two layers by switching between them), it gets removed from whatever position in the drawing order that I had moved it, then when it's toggled back on it's added back to the top of the layers, which is often not what I want. I'm guessing that this would mean adding on/off functionality to the legend.
