Urban Nature Access: rename 'greenspace' to 'urban nature' throughout the model #1179

This came up in the model's UG review, changing 'greenspace' to 'urban nature'. This should be just a global find/replace of greenspace -> urban_nature.

This includes:

[x] filenames
[x] parameter names
[x] MODEL_SPEC keys
