Much of this is UI development for displaying invest results summaries and demographics data from the American Community Survey.

Other changes:

geopandas dependency for processing ACS data
new AOI for urban cooling to better represent that model's actual serviceshed
linking the scenario select box in the Results tab with the map layer control. So the map always displays the same scenario raster as the results.
server API changes to get all invest model results for the requested scenario.
improved state of invest button & progress bar
