This repository hosts the beta implementation of the Urban Online ES Workflow. The project is intended to give urban planners the ability to create and assess scenarios using InVEST Urban models.
This PR integrates the new, more complex LULC raster and lookup tables. It updates UI views accordingly, with options to view the LULC by it's landcover, landuse, or tree-canopy cover components.

This PR also removes some functionality:
bioregion-specific parameters, because we don't have the parameters. (see #112 )
wallpapering. wallpapering functions are still defined, but I removed all the places where they are called since we don't have a colortable for the new LULC. (see #125 )
