Add urban carbon pools for InVEST Carbon model #132
This PR adds a modified version of the InVEST Carbon model that incorporates the urban carbon pools. The 3.14.1 tagged version of the Carbon model is specifically being modified and added to the backend-worker folder.
Bumped InVEST version to 3.14.1 and made small changes necessary for that.
