Widget for extracting wallpapering patterns from map #17
We envision a box, or moving window, that lets a user outline a section of the underlying LULC that they want to use as the pattern for a wallpapering operation. This will interface with Create wallpaper pattern from #2
This feature will be used after someone has selected a parcel they want to modify (via wallpapering). And only if the pre-existing catalog of wallpapering patterns doesn't meet their needs. This feature essentially lets a user add to that catalog.
Some things are TBD:
size of the box,
Should the user be allowed to resize it?
Does the box need to perfectly align with LULC pixels? (might be nice, but maybe not at first)
