job results endpoints always return 'pending' #57

It seems to be true for wallpaper, parcel_fill, and stats_under_parcel. But maybe this is user error?

I think the job completes and the data is created, but the status isn't updating? I see this on frontend-backend-integration.

I think we resolved this issue.
