wallpapering map layer does not hide when toggled off #91
The wallpapering "box" that we drag over the map to select an area - it appears when "create new pattern" switch is toggled on, but it does not disappear if the switch is toggled off -- or the "paint" radio selected -- without extracting a pattern.
