Rename the subrepo to something more translateable #4

A bit tangentially, I personally love the name Voila (and the ability to say it with a bit of flourish), but I'm noticing it can be difficult to pronounce for speakers of certain languages (including Spanish, I think). Something to think about as we make this a widely accessible tool.

@lmandle any suggestions on a different subdomain? It's absolutely possible to rename the repo and domain to something that's easier to pronounce!

We could also think about naming the tool separately from the domain. For instance, could this live under data.naturalcapitalproject.org/dataclipper
