Updated 'Utilities' and 'Art' #207

Translated the following two entries: Utilities => Dienstprogramme (same name on mac) Art => Grafik & Design

@DanielBocksteger Danke für die Übersetzungen (auch in den anderen Pull requests)! Manche Wörter habe ich bewusst in Englisch gelassen, da mir kein passendes deutsches Wort eingefallen ist, dass den Sinn richtig widerspiegelt. Die Übersetzung hier für Art gefällt mir und daran dass Utilities so am Mac übersetzt werden habe ich nicht gedacht. :-)

@xremix gar keine Ursache! Mache ich gern. Wenn mir bei einigen Wörtern nach dem 10. mal überlegen kein vom Sinn her richtiges Wort in den Sinn kommt, lasse ich es ebenfalls :-) Ich bin froh, mit den Übersetzungen etwas hierzu beizutragen :-)

@nate-parrott there is a little visual-space problem with the new translations.Would it be possible to enlarge the sidebar a little bit? bildschirmfoto 2015-01-06 um 10 59 25
