Spotlight broken, can't uninstall Flashlight #260

I installed Flashlight, test a plugin or 2, and it looked nice, but found out my normal Spotlight is completely broken/disabled/not working. Only the few plugins I installed works.

I tried to find the Flashlight preferences/settings, but no idea where to look, and I can't Spotlight for it.

How do you normally access the settings screen and how do I remove Flashlight?

Through some combination of reinstalling and re-indexing my main drive, I've managed to get my normal Spotlight features to play along with Flashlight.
