Fix some unicode encode issues #274

Have fixed some issues. #262 #266 Maybe other plugins have the issues too.I only fix in some plugins which Chinese use often because Chinese often use unicode to search. (Maybe some shop plugins include these query.I can't find the shop plugins so ...)
