Update to version 3.5.1 #4

Would enable easier updates (Select2 is a 3.4.6 now), and would point to the original source files.

BTW I've submitted a PR to Select2 for listing this package in their Integrations section.

Any update on this? Would love to see this as well because this version of select2 is out of date and has mobile issues.

we've had to customize select2 slightly (original version breaks spiderable), so i can update it, but i wont be moving to a submodule
