Upgrade select2 lib to 4.0 #9

Hi,

Select2 has released a 4.0.0-rc.1. FYI I created a fork which uses this release. Are we waiting for a full release, or can it be upgraded now?

I would also like this, I think there at a stable release any chance we can get an update?

Select2 4.0 is out -> https://github.com/select2/select2/releases/tag/4.0.0
