renamed a js file, for file load order #3

so that in "alpha" order, it would load in the correct order the order of loading matters and the wysihtml5-0.3.0.js needs to come first see: https://github.com/jhollingworth/bootstrap-wysihtml5/issues/158

This file is already loaded first, the file loading order can be seen in package.js

thats what i thought - was wondering if my syntax was a little off - maybe should have 1 add_files call with all files in 1 array instead of the current X calls/arrays
