Can't sign up #2

When clicked on "Sign up" the following is presented, with no form whatsoever:

"Create an Account

If you already have an account sign in." screenshot 2014-03-29 23 30 17

are you using adblock? it works just fine for me but others have reported similar issues with adblock (maybe due to how accounts-entry works?)

I am, that's true. Disabling it for that page fixes the issue.
