Activate Dutch translation

Mark a string translatable

appdata: Update appdata

Mark release descriptions as untranslatable
Remove categories that already presented in the desktop file
Add vcs-browser and translate URLs
Remove Purism tag that no use case for resonance
Move translation tag
Correct ID usage
Provide old ID via provides tag
Mark developer name as untranslatable

Update Turkish translation
