random server crash #2

By my test，this issues occurs when the mob summon creatures.To reproduce the issues is simple ,you summon 19bot ,attack the firelord(11668) ,let the bot kill the firelord,there were two fire lava be summoned possibly ,when the lava split ,and the server crashed. Some other mob who can summon wild had the same problem.And this commit 1c9b30489f132ffa86b06a09a5410c47a3434453 lead the crash.Can you help to solve this issues please?

Will take a look at this once I get into MC.
