We need a log file

There should be a RINRUS log file to improve reproducibility and remembering what exactly we did to make production-level models. That could be handled by piping output to something like rinrus.log, but we need to decide on a standard and add to the README file

We should also consider making a driver program that reads an input file and automates the whole process.

Might be taken care of by adding a comment line in various output files. However, once there's a driver, that should also print to a log file.
