The one in /bin is not the same as the one in /lib3.
The trimming script rinrus_trim2_pdb.py uses the one in /bin because the search path for importing functions starts in its own directory, but if you copy that script anywhere else it will use the /lib3 version.
These should be merged to avoid confusion but I don't know which version is correct or which directory it should remain in.
