How to run the examples #23

I had trouble understanding how to run the examples. Here are instructions for people like me. (Exalted people can ignore them.)

Should close #24 and #25.

If I write book text highlighting the part of these examples that are interestingly different than the Elm versions, I can add it (or something derived from it) to the READMEs.
