Need to define what it is that will get users to come. Maybe if you build it they will come, but just in case let's also come up with things that are attractive
make it an attractive looking site for now
adding pictures make it exciting
anyone can comment anonymously or through account
need login to vote
can login via social media sites or with us
we don't track user data (don't want social media connected to politics)
