Vivintsky API endpoints changed or deprecated? #155

The problem

Getting the above error, it looks like the MFA verification endpoint might have changed? I'm getting 404 errors for all the API endpoint but I'm not expert in how to test them either. Is this a config issue on my part or did vivint change something? This has worked fine for me in the past.

I should note: I do trigger MFA emails, but I get this error when I try to input the code.
