The following warning is in the logs:

2021-03-08 20:21:36 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.loader] No 'version' key in the manifest file for custom integration 'vivint'. This will not be allowed in a future version of Home Assistant. Please report this to the maintainer of 'vivint'

Thanks, @mat1583. I've been running a modified version locally with that fix to test some new stuff. I was waiting for the underlying pypi package to have my changes merged and released, but that isn't happening as quick as I'd like. I might have to publish my own version so that I have better control. I'll try to get this taken care of tomorrow.

Fixed in version 2021.3.0
