Merge two contacts together via ContactService.merge #34

Hi Nate,

I thought I would contribute to the project by adding a method for the ContactService Merge. I didn't see it in the file so I added it. If you find it useful merge it in/edit it as needed or otherwise pass on it. :) Thanks for this gem it's been a blessing.
