Figure out how to get an AWS EC2 instance up and running so that people can use a little more computational power

We need more that 8gb for all our package dependencies. Since I'm having a difficult time upgrading the ebs volume, I'll probably make a new ec2 instance. I also want to make a new subnet so we have more than 16 ip addresses.
