Getting Error

I am also getting some error message on using with python 3.8.1 My program code-

engine = pyttsx3.init('sapi5')
voices = engine.getProperty('voices')
print(voices)

def speak(audio):
    pass

And error msg is-

can u try installing 2.71 version of pyttsx3 ?

I have no idea whats causing these issues and if it works on that version , i will revert all changes and switch to that itself.
