Rank and score computation #13

What is the idea behind a Project's "score" and "rank"? It seems like the code to determine the rank has not yet been written, but the score has. When the projects are ordered by their score, will they be in their rank order?

Figured it out, didn't see fetch.py

Yeah fetch is run in cron so the admin can choose the update speed.
