Sign up sheet for weekly talks #63

This is good for 1) people to know when they will be giving a talk well in advance, 2) Other members can see the upcoming calendar of talks, 3) It is easy for us to track who has given talks/still needs to.

Right now I am adding names in calendar

The calendar might work, but problem is that we actually have to fill it out :) (it currently only goes through 2/25). If the groups could "sign up" themselves in Observatory, it would be self populating.

We were fixing bugs this afternoon - decided to add features only after we fix bugs - This is a solution (also gives us a flexibility) - we can discuss more

We have added one today - A link to spreadsheet is added as one the side links. The spreadsheet is only permitted to rcos-at-rensselaer group
