Projects page must have contact info for each project #69

I noticed a problem with one of the projects (the mobile shuttle tracker blog links to the projects page instead of to a blog or at least a "no blog available"). Before reporting that as a bug here, I thought I'd let the owners of the project know about it so they could see if they could fix it in their Observatory settings. However, I realized there was no "Contact the owners of this project" type of button. I think this is a must-have.

Right, but how would an outside observer know that if they didn't ask you :) ?

If one click on the project in the observatory, one gets to see the details of that project (including owners)
