There are a lot of inconstancies and things that just aren't right in the CSS currently.
Buttons (most things about them are bad). I was starting to define different color classes, so that destructive buttons would be class="red button", 'positive' buttons would be class="green button", and other buttons could be class="blue button" (or something). Someone could finish that up, fix the padding issues, probably switch the font. Don't bother with image backups, just serve CSS3 gradients to modern browsers and solid colors to IE.
Padding/margin is all over the place
Headers inside posts - styles specifically for these, since we style h2, etc. for the main page.
Contributor/Author headers have strange spacing
Some kind of borders for the top/bottom of the dark boxes?
Those are some immediate ones, I'm sure there are others that could be added.
