Add a section about how to make a poster #85

The questions "how big are normal posters?", "how do I make a tri-fold poster and how big is it?" etc seem to come up repeatedly. We should figure this out, ensure everyone agrees on the details, and post it to a "making an RCOS poster" section of the website. It is here that we should also provide "RCOS poster templates" for a few standard formats (poster formats and software formats).
