I have updated the "How to join" page on the website to reflect the new process

please take a look - Moorthy will be filling in the appropriate dates (anywhere you see "XYZ").
Because of this, the "URP-application" link on the main side bar should be discarded as it is now linked to in context from the "how to join" page.
