[Widgets] Multilanguage support #2

New applications must support by default multilanguage option. 1.- Integrate Lang module as core module. 2.- Document in a new wiki page (Modules) how to maintain language files and use translations. (View and controller cases)

Also new applications should be able to define the default language and if it's not defined, English will be the default one.
