Agent is not valid. ContentBuilder not available #2

I deployed the package and got "Agent is not valid. ContentBuilder not available". Any idea why i am gettign this error.

I get following exception in error.log: Bundle [626] Unexpected failure enabling component holder com.nateyolles.aem.core.replication.AkamaiTransportHandler (java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/day/cq/replication/TransportHandler) java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/day/cq/replication/TransportHandler
