This is the last day you can craft the remaining required Sprinklers. Any later than today and the second Kale crop will not mature in time.

I never quite understood what this meant even in the original guide, because aren't you watering the plants that aren't getting hit by Sprinklers? So why is this the last day?

Actually, I thought about this more and realized the argument would be if on the 14th you say that if you miss it it's fine, but that means you're pushing back the second Kale harvest, and the 16th is the last day for that. But you want to be done earlier because it gives you more time to clean up the farm. So could be worth keeping if you explain that?
