Updated the hosts file

This pull requests updates the host file:

• hosts are now sorted by name
• duplicate entries have been removed
• added new hosts from https://github.com/10se1ucgo/DisableWinTracking
• removed some hosts as suggested in https://github.com/10se1ucgo/DisableWinTracking/issues/22

If you want to see exactly what was done where, I'd recommend going through the individual commits as the full pull request is a little difficult to read.
