Context menu does not display properly

Text from email bug report follows:

The statusbar text CT is displayed as expected.  The problem I'm
encountering is when I place my cursor over and right click (which normally 
displays "Toggle Now" and "Preferences", the display is clipped such that I can 
only choose "Toggle Now".  If you look closely at the bottom right corner of 
the image, you can see what I'm talking about.  Obviously, I work around it by 
going the Tools > Add-ons route.  The problem seems to go away if I shrink the 
height of my browser screen, but then of course there is much less room to 
display a page.

Applies to version 0.12.2 and below on Firefox 4.

I have a fix which appears to work; needs to get approved by Mozilla.
