CT button foreground color does not work with a dark button scheme

Hi,

Thanks for this great mod, using it year after year, my eyes thanks you too !

Using Firefox 27.0.1 and CT 0.15, i've found two little issues :
-the CT button (which you can add in toolbars) is written black, i got a dark 
theme and the tools bars are blacks, so the button is nearly transparent, may 
add a white written button ? (or you can see it like a feature : invisible 
toggle button ! :p )

-some buttons are "invisible" while CT is activated on this website (the one 
i'm submitting issues ;) ) "submit issue" "discard" "search" "search projects" 
but not the "new issue" button.

Thanks for your bug report! I'm glad you've found CT useful.

The issue you reported with button color is related to bug #7 
(http://code.google.com/p/colortoggle/issues/detail?id=7). I have filed a bug 
with the Firefox team about this issue. I believe it will require a change in 
Firefox to accommodate.

I have modified this particular bug to just describe the problem with the 
toolbar button. I will need to look into how best to provide a toolbar button 
that shows up well with a dark Firefox color scheme.
