foregroud/background fixed on sys default

Since 6, october 2014 The foreground background colors are sometimes being 
fixed to the system color, sometimes color toggle work as desired. I verified 
the options are correct. 

Version 32.0.3 of firefox(firefox portable , but probably doesn't matter, in 
the past color toggle worked perfectly with portable). 

Windows 7.

Can you help me understand what's happening? I don't have Windows, but I cannot 
reproduce with 32.0.3 on Linux.

Is it that you toggle colors but they don't actually change? Or that the color 
settings themselves in the preferences are actually wrong?

Basically i've worked with windows black theme. When i used the color toggle , 
it toggled foreground color to white - which is the windows default,instead of 
the yellow i have choosen. 

The preferences , at least using the gui looked ok.

I've look into the color menu. Color toggle does it's job (changing colors and 
settings correctly ), but when disabling the setting  "allow pages to choose 
their own colors..." nothing changes on the screen. So it's probably not a bug 
in color-toggle.
