Deactivate on PDF #15

If would be cool if we could deactivate the plugin for PDF files (file 
extension, MIME type, possibly with a new option), otherwise it makes pdf.js 
rendered PDF unreadable (shows double misaligned text layer).

I filed Firefox bug 1098403 
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1098403).

I would rather not add custom code to deactivate color toggle under certain 
circumstances, because that would make the code much more complex. On the other 
hand, Mozilla do not have a great track record for fixing style bugs, so if 
they don't end up doing the right thing I may have to do it for them.

This has now changed for better: I see a light gray duplicate that looks like a shadow instead of the green duplicate, which is more readable than before.
