Allow using keyboard function keys as background toggle key: #18

I was unable to set F11 as the toggle key.

Would be nice if one could do this, as Shift-F11 is the default toggle key for 
a couple of similar Chrome extensions.

Good point. This is something that needs to change. I'll see how hard it is to

@nathan-b does this issue apply to any keyboard shortcut or just to F11?

I don't seem to be able to remap to anything else: whatever I put on the mapping box, only Ctrl - Shift - U works afterwards.

If you reproduce on all keys, please update the title of this issue.
