A CT button for the Tool Bar, please! #4

What is the problem you are seeing?
The CT button is on the StatusBar which FF is trying to do away with. I have 
loads of extensions but CT is the only one remaining there! I wish I could 
retire the StatusBar but I find your extension very useful. I wish you could 
make a button for the regular bars that would be in the usual FF Customize 
collection so that I could then put it anywhere I like (eg. Toolbar).

Fixed and submitted for Mozilla review.

Will move bug to fixed once the new version (0.14) is accepted by Mozilla and 
available fore download.

Version 0.14 is live on addons.mozilla.com.

After installing 0.14 and restarting, there should be a Color Toggle button 
that you can add to your toolbar if you so desire. The button is not added 
automatically (as most people seem content using the hotkey or the statusbar 
widget).
