I tried to delete a group association however i am presented with this error.

Your Application is up to date.

Any ideas?

When you removed the group association, did it take a long time to process the request? (This can sometimes be the case if you have a large community and opt to sync team-speak groups each time a group association is modified)

You have to go add this file to every .php file in modules for the application.
