Notifications would be nice- both visual and audio, maybe. I like the idea of a notification outside of TSS, but only if that can also be a customizable feature- some users may not appreciate that popping up.

Do you mean an audio or a visual notification?

I could add HTML5 notifications for PMs which would show a notification at the top right corner of your browser when you're on a different tab.
