Add ability to "Buy Cards". This functionality will not yet integrate with payment services, so the user may simply buy cards by indicating how many are wanted and add them to the card and purchase.
The user should be able to select the set size of cards and the count. The page should total the cost. (At some point we have to figure out how to collect taxes, or how that will work on the web. But for now we will ignore this. ) Changing the sets and count should change price. Once purchased the user should be sent an email with confirmation and the page should show the confirmation. User should be able to download an invoice or see current card count balance.
