Update and rename Unnamed2_16.group to Pauli.group #16

This group is called the Pauli Group (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pauli_group). It's also the central product of the Cyclic group of order 4 and the Dihedral group of order 8.

Whoops! Looks like I just forgot about this conversation by accident. Thanks for bringing it back to the forefront of my attention; I'll add this to my to-do list and hopefully finish it before the end of term!

OK I just looked this over and it seems to me like we should merge your pull request (and should have done so last year, in fact!). @rayellis4 does that seem good to you? If so, I'm afraid you (Ray) will have to remind me of the build process, so that after merging, I can rebuild the app and push. Or either of us can merge the PR and you can rebuild, whatever.
